Can I change the template after entering my details?
Yes. Switch between Essential, Modern, Executive and Letterhead without re-entering your details. Your custom wording stays with the letter.
Can I edit the wording?
Yes. In Review, open Customize the wording to edit the introduction, work arrangements, compensation, benefits, additional terms or closing. Review edited sections again if you later change the job details.
Can I add my own logo, signature and footer?
Yes. Under Company, expand Branding & additional details. You can upload a PNG or JPG logo up to 1 MB, choose a company-signature option, and add an optional footer using company details or up to two custom lines.
Does the tool provide candidate e-signing?
No. You can include a blank candidate acceptance and signature section, but this version does not collect or verify the candidate’s electronic signature. Share the completed letter through your own process.
Will larger text or more wording add pages?
It can. Choose Compact, Standard or Large under Change design, and check the PDF preview before completing your order. Long content continues onto additional pages; an enabled company footer repeats on every PDF page.
Preview & saving
Can I preview the PDF before checkout?
Yes. Complete the required company, candidate and offer fields, then choose Open PDF preview. The preview is watermarked; the completed PDF has no PREVIEW watermark.
Why does the preview show sample details?
When you have not started entering company or candidate details, the preview uses a labeled sample letter to illustrate the design. Once you start, your details are shown and optional fields left blank stay blank. Sample information is not added to your form.
Can I save a letter and finish it later?
Yes. Progress stays in the current browser tab. Use Save for later to copy a private link that works for 30 days. Keep that link private: anyone with it can edit the unfinished letter.
How should I protect my saved link?
Treat saved editing links and completed order links as private. Share them only with someone you trust. A saved editing link allows its holder to edit the unfinished letter until it expires.
Checkout & completed letters
How do I pay and receive my completed offer letter?
Review your letter, enter your name and delivery email at checkout, and complete payment through PayPal. Debit or credit card options may also be available through PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, download your completed PDF from your private order page. We also send your order confirmation and PDF to the delivery email you provide.
Is the candidate emailed automatically?
No. The candidate’s email is for your records and is not printed in the letter. The delivery email entered at checkout is separate. You decide how to share the finished letter with your candidate.
Can I change a completed letter?
You can edit as often as needed before completing the order. Completed letters are locked in the customer form. Contact support about a correction; keep your order reference so the team can find your letter.
Does the generator choose employment terms for me?
No. The generator organizes the information and wording you provide. It does not select legal clauses or confirm that an offer meets every requirement. Use your company’s reviewed terms and obtain appropriate advice when needed. The job offer letter checklist can help you organize the terms for review.
